Speech-Language Pathologist in Private Practice to Serve You Better

Judith L. Gobaira, MS, CCC/SLP received her undergraduate training at Douglass College, Rutgers University in New Jersey in 1988. She went on to receive her Master’s of Science Degree at Teacher’s College Columbia University in Manhattan, NY in 1990. She maintains certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed in the states of NY and NJ.

Judy is happy to say that she truly has a passion for what she does. She holds to the premise that if you love what you do, you will likely do it well and with joy and pleasure. She is grateful to have found her bliss in helping others achieve their personal best whatever that may be.

Prior to opening a private practice in NJ in 2002, Judy provided therapy services to children and adults for a number of hospital-based clinics in NJ. Over the years, she became disillusioned by the lack of control she had over the quality and delivery of services she provided in these institutions. She made the decision to open her own practice to afford her the freedom and ability to provide the kind of services she would want provided if it were she herself or a family member needing services.

Judy expanded her practice in 2007 to include the Warwick Valley Speech Therapy office and feels privileged to now be providing therapy services to the people of her hometown. Judy continues to offer evaluation and therapy services through her NJ-based business Hamburg Speech Associates located in Butler, NJ.
